Inquired about a 22 Ram pickup. Drove 4 hours to dealership to test drive. Steve was our salesman. From the test drive to driving vehicle off the lot, the entire experience was so seamless and hassle free. Daniel was my initial point of contact and end point when it came to the price, but between the two of them I don't think I could have found better service!! Thanks guys..enjoying the new truck!

Second time shopping with Quality and using the same salesperson, Kayla. Kayla is phenomenal and always goes above and beyond for her customers. She’s very attentive to my needs, wants and my budget. She works hard to get you the best deals possible and makes sure the transaction goes smoothly. The two finance managers that I’ve worked with, Mike B at Kia and Mike Bell at the new lot are great. They make the experience quick, and have no issue making sure you understand your warranty options. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the boy that detailed my new Jeep didn’t do the best job…Honestly, I could’ve done better myself. But everyone’s gotta start somewhere! The service advisor, Mo was great as well, he kept us entertained while waiting on my Jeep. I definitely recommend Quality to any and everyone looking to get their dream car and have their expectations met!!

Check these in order, make sure thermostat is good and not leaking at all check antifreeze to make sure it full lift front of vehicle up start car get to operating temperature with heat running use a coolant air bleeding tool to make sure you get all the air out it will stop bubbling when it's all out. Drive car then check heat output if it's the same may want to check heater control valve those have actuators in them always that control antifreeze to run or not to run through heater core. If all that's good could be control head itself
