Been going there for years off and on. Bought a Husqvarna 322 L trimmer in 2019. It would not pull a few weeks ago and I took it up there, it has there label on it. They took it to the shop and said it was locked up and probably not worth repairing. I bought a new one. Went home and while filing my papers on new trimmer, I found book on old one and found out I had bought the extended warranty. I called and spoke with the girl at the service counter and told her what I found and that I got the new one on there statements. She put me on hold, came back and said that Clay said if I had not used the new one very much I could return it. I ask how much the repair was on the 1st one and she said $54. and change. We talked and I said I wasn't real happy about what the shop said, and she said the guy that looked at it was not all that. I ask if I decided to keep the new one, could I have the old one back, she said yes, and SHE would waive the repair cost. Went to get it and she changed everything, argued and then said "YOU CAN HAVE IT, I DON"T WANT YOUR MONEY" I said no I was going to pay and she said she would not take it. The guy came out with it and I gave him the money, I certainly don't want to knock LTD out of a dollar. You should spend a little money on CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING, and by the way young lady, my ear speaker on my cell that you called doesn't work so you were on speaker phone, I was not the only one that heard what you said, didn't try to tell you this you were to wound up!! Was interested in TORO Z Turn, will get one, but not from you. By the way the extended warranty that you buy, only covers the part according to them, of course not my part, she said it was a piece of metal in the engine. Guess it just appeared !!!! Sorry to have to post this, but I think others should know what goes on, so when you say Clay wants to keep LTD customers happy !!!!!!! Like the warranty, SOMETIMES !!!!

This company is simply awesome! They drove all the way to us in Wallburg picked up our mower we were told in advance that it would probably take 3-4 weeks due to their workload but then it only took about 10 days and they brought the mower back. EXCELLENT customer service Natasha was absolutely a delight to work with we ran into some issues completely unrelated to LTD and she handled it on our behalf. I highly recommend this company, they are customer focused and reliable.

The blades, maybe. We got blades for our old Cub Cadet there before. Best bet is to call and ask.
I have no idea but you can call them and ask. They are very nice people ,always willing to help and knowledgeabl about many different things.
