Yellow Dot installed the HVAC unit for our new construction community. The Honeywell T6 thermostats they installed have failed twice. The first time they replaced it, the technician stated that they were cheap/faulty thermostats. Before I decide to switch brands, I called Yellow Dot to see if they are still having issues with the thermostats/models, because I would like to use one app to control all three. They were not interested in answering the question, instead they connected me with a rude representative that stated that they cannot diagnose over the phone and that I needed to schedule a $99 service visit. I wasn't asking for a diagnosis, I'm asking a simple question. Greed. This is why a lot of people avoid large HVAC companies and go with smaller companies that they can trust. I'll never do business with them again.

I have used Yellow Dot for many years. They have accompanied me with each move (3) to my new home. They have serviced my HVAC systems and I am always pleased with their workmanship and work ethics.

Yellow Dot will quickly take your money but will slowly correct the issues that the County discovered based on their install. You asked to speak to a Manager and you can never speak to one unless you have a name! When I did speak to a Manager of customer service she stated she would drive resolution but after a few days I heard NOTHING!! I don't understand why I have to track them down to do the right thing!!! They don't track me down for payment!!! Beware!!! Each rep they send is different so you don't know who has the right skill or the wrong skill!! Sad!!! Just fix my last outstanding issue! Thanks to Manager Jonathan after I received a name and tech Tim which helped me so far!!

I've had yellow dot for 7 years. Gary is our Tech ask for him. He's great.

If you are experiencing an out of warranty issue with your heating and cooling system, and you are inquiring about a repair, we do have a reasonable charge to come out and diagnose the problem. Any repairs would be additional. If you are interested in replacing your system, there is no charge for us to come out and give you a quote.
