not at all! no consideration for the rider/customers. no text messages or use of the TransLoc app to announce delays or route adjustments. extremely poor knowledge of basic systems and operations. for the 5th time I was questioned about paying the fare when the farebox clearly signaled that I had.

Looks like toilet bowl rings leak from time time in the guys bathroom and that they still haven't made changes to the routes to help extending the routes and the times in which the buss will run. They claim that they are having a hard time finding drivers to make the whole thing work. Still no changes since the talked about the changes in 2018 accept for the use in the App Umo on the new buses. But no increase on times and routes. It still has not changed.

Nice facility, charging station, clean bathrooms. The staff...seem to have difficulty treating people equally, meaning, the drivers will bend rules for 'regulars' while enforcing rules tightly for someone who may be new to using the service. The major issue is the payment method. There is now a QR supported fare POS but it's not advertised; there is a card you must purchase or pay full fare without transfer and the card can ONLY be reloaded IN PERSON and CASH ONLY. Do not expect help if you are just beginning to use the bus service.****REVISED***The charge station no longer works and the former attitudes have returned.

Since my day one in High Point, NC, my experience with the Staff of the High Point Transit System has been very good and impecable. They interact with us (I am a homeless man who lives in a shelter) as a matter of normalcy. The station is clean, neat, and there is tranquility all around it. I like it.
