These must be new owners, the feeling in the salon has changed from friendly, to cold and robotic. I got a gel pedicure a few weeks ago, lasted very well, but when I came back to get a pedicure they wanted to charge me to take off the gel polish THEY applied, never have I heard of that. If I was getting a polish change sure, I could understand the charge but I was getting a whole pedicure. I won't be coming back. It's a shame because it was a pretty good pedicure.

One of my favorite nail salons in the area. . My nails are always straight and exactly as I request. Sometimes, it's a bit of a wait but I'd rather wait for techs that take time to ensure quality service than techs that rush.

Updated December 2021-********* I hate giving bad reviews. So Harry and his wife sold the nail salon. The new technicians there are horrible. Went there after it was sold and it was the worst I have ever gotten my nails done in over 30 years. I was so disappointed I was at a lost for words. Not to mention all the nails broke within 24 hours…. I will never go back here unless it’s Harry and his wife running the business again. The new owner Tina I think was the one that did my nails. She assured me she had many years experience. Even during the process I had to show her where my nails were not even… most were crooked and sticking in an upward position she said she would fix and I sat there think she would. At the end when I looked at my nails I was flabbergasted I couldn’t find words… I just paid and left vowing to NEVER go back there….and I never will. ********Word of advise; if you value a good mail technician do NOT go here unless it’s Harry or his wife taking back ownership of this place********

I have been coming here since 2018. I used to love coming here-- I used to get powder and sometimes acrylic and it would be great quality. However, since the pandemic, the quality of my nails has not been great. I have gone to this salon several times in the past couple of months to get acrylic. The way they apply the acrylic is different from before, causing my nails to be thin. They overcharge for simple designs and each time I get the acrylics, they lift. I just got a full set last week and they are already lifting. Also, whenever I come in asking for a specific design, most of the time they cannot do it. They do not stay on top of new trends like stickers and 3D art. It is very upsetting, especially when you come into the salon with a specific design in mind. *The first three are my nails. Costed $60 and $70 (for the nails with diamonds it is a reasonable price. For the other two, the designs were ok and werent worth the price in my opinion). The others are designs I wanted but could not get because they were unable to do.
