It was my first time at Visionworks Seekonk. I chose this location because they had easy online scheduling and they accepted my new vision insurance The experience was excellent from the minute I stepped in the door. The receptionist helped me maximize my benefits to get a feee pair of glasses. The doctor optometrist was quick, polite and very intelligent. He helped me get a better contact lens script for my astigmatism and clear up some issues with my vision. Also, I received wonderful customer service from a third associate who helped me find the right size glasses. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and so nice to be treated so well. I will definitely go back.

PLEASE NOTE REVIEW PATTERN AT THIS LOCATION.. A 1 STAR REVIEW AND THEN RIGHT OF WAY FOLLOWED BE A 5 STARS REVIEW.....THEY ARE TRYING TO COVER UP FOR THE BAD REVIEW......READ BELOW.... My self as a patient went to this VisionWorks location for eye exam and contact fittings, after several contacts trial for my vision, somehow the doctor (Dr. Beth Chenier) she stated that she keeps trying prescriptions different than the ones I need because she did not have the right prescription on hands..after 3 tries,... she decided to order the proper ones ...time went on .. over a month has passed and no contacts are in and no follow calls has been made to me to let me know and of course I am still waiting. Without getting the contacts that she ordered and after a complaint I filed a complaint with my insurance company. after the complaint was filed, literally 10 minutes later after hanging up with the insurance, the doctor Dr. Beth Chenier called and instead of telling me or apologizing for the delay, she ask if I have any questions. She also ask if I want to continue waiting...... REALLY?.... she (doctor) made this comment "Usually patients that had these many tries are not fit for contact and I'm assuming this is your case"....... I told her I did not want to keep talking to her and said good bye and hanged up....OOOOF I DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION A NEGATIVE STAR BECAUSE THE THERE ISN'T NONE........

If you have your precription already, no appointment is needed to buy glasses. If you need to see the dr, they take walk ins, but since it depends on the dr's schedule, it's recommended. Also, they let you schedule online.

Call the office and ask for customer service from the automated Tele service. Don't try and make one through the system. It is garbage.
