Service was great and my oil change was done quickly. Joe the Service Manager was awesome to work with. Sales with Art was great too, he let myself and my husband look at a few vehicles that my husband was interested in.

Ford Edge had a rotor and brake issue and they worked me in the next day and fixed it. Waiting for the list to open up for a Maverick. Sales manager and service people were helpful and considerate with their time with me. They even supplied me with a Carfax report which the last dealer never gave me. If I had that information I would not have leased the car from that dealership. Thanks....como se dice I'll be back for all my Ford Edge issues and my maverick ! Best dealership experience that I've had. Empire Ford had my vehicle many times and I was without the car for months over the period of the lease and still there were issues not fixed until now.

I brought my MKZ in for 2 recalls. Airbag inflator and brake booster. When it was "done", a day after they said it was..., and they couldn't do the brake recall " your brakes are all down to metal and your rear caliper is leaking. We can't do the recall", they charged us $70 for .5 hours of diagnostic time. Recalls are no charge! I checked the "down to metal and bad caliper issues. NOT!! I replaced the rear pads and the caliper had no leaks. All they could say was that we needed a $800 brake job and. $450 taillamp assembly.. I have since sold the car so as not to need to go there. I am not a complainer, but this tourqed me off enough to spend tome writing this review.
