To make a very long story short - I went here as a first time service customer. My experience was horrible. The service manager lied. They let me sit in the waiting room for 6 hours without fixing my car. They told me I had to go to another dealership to repair my warranty issue. The staff are rude and don't acknowledge customers. When I shared my experience with the owner Rob Noyes, he was not interested, was not apologetic, and actually hung up on me, his actions explain the severe lack of professionalism at this location. Choose another place to do business - Noyes Volkswagen is scam.

the service itself was good, but as I was sitting in the waiting room I notice how dirty it was. I'm not overly picky, but the toys needed a good cleaning. Not very cheery. Thanks

Everybody wears masks at all times, we have several hand sanitizer stations throughout including both entrances. Plexiglass dividers in parts, service and cashier.
VW does not make seat covers for any model. Volkswagens side impact airbags are located in the side of the seats and will not deploy properly in an accident if there are seat covers over them.
