Your move-in costs will depend on credit. With great credit, it would be first month's rent and $500 security deposit. With poor credit, but still approved, it would be first month's rent, last month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month.

We have a small Paw Patch dog park, outdoor grilling area, 24-hr fitness center, parcel locker system that is accessible 24 hours, Tide Cleaners system that is accessible 24 hours and a community room that has a TV, pool table. and free WiFi.

Included with the rent is parking for one vehicle, full use of our amenities and 24-hr emergency maintenance. Residents are responsible for gas, electricity and water/sewer.

Absolutely! We offer touring 7 days a week. Our office is open Monday - Friday 10AM - 6PM, Saturday 10AM - 5PM and Sunday 12PM - 4PM. We will schedule our last tour one hour prior to close.

Yes, we do allow pets with an additional monthly fee of $50/mo per dog and $35/mo per cat. We have a pet limit of two per apartment. We do not have a weight restriction on dogs, but certain breed restrictions apply.
