Last stop on the blue metro line and bus stop. It has elevators to be able to move between floors, also stairs. It has different outlets. In one of them you will find the bus stops. There are no public restrooms. In general it is fine.

Holiday it will run on Saturday schedule. Wait times in between are lil longer.

Yes, there is a large, well-lit parking garage that was completed within the past few years and it has security cameras and emergency call boxes. I feel very comfortable leaving a car there and also walking around. As with any place, though, be alert and be aware of who is around you and how they are acting.
Excepting snow emergencies, the garage rarely fills, you should be fine.
