Lots of car camping in the parking lot, kinda sketchy feeling, but nice enough empty paved trail along the water with a little playground area.

Kinda dirty and there's horrible graffiti all over. Had some person high as a kite driving around the little parking lot yelling at people but besides that.... Sat on the dock and read for a bit and enjoy a bit of the beautiful October sun.

You could. But I would suggest "VANCE CREEK PARK" in Elma. There are 2 lakes for fishing. And a Play Area. Plus they stock them regularly. And it's only 20mins away ☺
