You could. But I would suggest "VANCE CREEK PARK" in Elma. There are 2 lakes for fishing. And a Play Area. Plus they stock them regularly. And it's only 20mins away ☺

Kids generally don't need a license to fish, depending on age.. I would call your local Dennis Co. & ask for a professional that deals with fish and wildlife licensing they would be able to tell you for sure...
