Called in today and told them I wanted a LG pep pan pizza and asked if they had stuff crust with the pan and the girl spoke broken English and she said yes and I said if not I want a pan pizza and she said 20 bucks and I said no way I was paying 20 bucks for a large pan pizza so she said 14.99. She was speaking so fast and again I said a large pan pizza with pep and stuff crust if they have it. I got a thin stuff crust pizza. Not what I ordered. I will not order from kittanning pizza hut again. Hire people that can speak clear English for taking orders.

We had orders 3 pizzas on line and only recieved two of those pizzas. One pizza wasn't even the correct pizza. The manager had stayed there's nothing he can do about it. Which is a total lie. They do not care about their customers. Inhave been a loyal customer for years here and I will never order from this shop again. We ate 30 dollars and over 600 redeemable points because of this.. what a disgrace to the management.

Prices are going up. But I'm really upset with the amount of sauce on my pizza. I specifically asked for the pizza to be made "light on the sauce". It was not. I'm not a huge fan of pizza hut sauce. When I ask for light sauce, that is what I expect. So disappointed. Waste of money.
