We have been living at Avalon Quincy for almost two years now. We have been really satisfied and impressed by how well and quick the maintenance staff is able to fix any issue that we may have. The admin and office people has always been great too, we had some issues that they managed really professionally and went far and beyond to help with!! The amenities are really good, well maintained and clean. This is a great community to live at, we have made many friends that leave in it and enjoy our time together at the pool, roof deck, and bbq. Definitely a 5 start review is well deserved
