I had an app to count my dog's nails, but I told him to put him to sleep. Today when I got to the appointment they told me they couldn't do it because there was only one doctor. So that they gave me the appointment, I gave my dog ​​the painkillers yesterday and today. A total lack of respect. Obviously I'm not going anymore.

I have nothing but kind words to say about VCA.. The front desk staff is AMAZING. Mrs. Terry, Harper and so many others have been kind to both me & my standard poodle Mozart. We have the most amazing vet Dr. Pam Wood.. Kind.. sweet.. informative and knows her stuff. We also love Dr. Mag ram very smart, Dr. Martinez, The Male Dr. and others.. great veternians. Dr. Wood saved my dogs left eye when he was only 8 weeks old and continues compassionate and up to date care. The daycare has the best manager Zack he is kind.. compassionate and loves the dogs and Chris who has been nothing but kind to us and informative. We have also Tory vet tech that always goes out of her way for us and Jennifer the assistant manager has been nothinb but nice. They daycare staff are very good with Mozart and he loves vca… this is the one daycare I trust with everything. They have it together and go out their way to help. Harper is a great addition as well she helped me find Dr. Wood and she is her nurse that works along side of her. Great care and facility… my dog is happy and I am too! Wish I could give 10 stars.. ❤️ We love VCA.
