Great hospital. Very kind and helpful. They reopened a few months ago which we are so happy about. We really missed it when we had to switch to banfield in Holliston temporarily. They don't compare to this location. The new veterinarian, Dr. McCaffrey, is wonderful. He truly loves his patients and is kind and extremely helpful, patient and informative. Dr. McCaffrey goes above and beyond to make sure that his patients, and their parents, are comfortable, at ease, and as healthy as they can be. He spends as much time as we need answering our questions and explaining everything to us about our babies health thoroughly. The assistant at the front desk, Chris, also truly cares. You can tell how much he loves his job, and the fur babies who come in. He is extremely helpful and informative. I had a problem ordering my shitzhus heart medications on Chewy.com, and Chris called them and took the time to fix the issue, and even called me, first thing in the a.m. to tell me that it was all set. And this is true for many things. He is caring and kind, and makes both us and our babies feel both welcomed and comfortable. Would never leave! Thank you Banfield...especially Dr. McCaffrey and Chris, from all of us!

Hi. We're open from 7 AM -5 PM on Sundays and 7 AM - 6 PM Monday-Saturday.
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
