Wish they did. It's not easy to get our newly paralysed dog in every day to get catheterized or for laser therapy.
Not sure I'd they board. There is a place called Pawville in Homosassa that boards, grooms and offers daycare.

I am sorry i am not a vet. But it sounds like heart failure and it depends on how long it has been untreated. I would think that like dogs if caught early enough the can be put on something to help reduce the fluid. However the heart will eventually fail. I pray you took you kitty to the vet
