Portfolio 🇮🇹 Restaurant is about the closes I've experienced of good Italian Lasagna. Thanks for making my 3yrs of Italy return back to me. Very Delicious, Rating 7/10 on the Lasagna. Overall, the restaurant has a good vibe and a great staff that treats the customers with the upmost respect.

Thank you for the question. 1st all staff are screened and temp checked prior to shift start. All food is cooked at temperatures high enough to kill any microbes per cdc and health department guidelines. All dishwasher safe items are washed at extremely high temps with multiple food safe sanitizer cycles. Antimicrobial filters are used in the air-conditioning and doors and counters are sanitized regularly. MASK WEARING IS MANDATORY, dining room staff is also gloved. We are operating at about 30% occupancy, to maintain 6 feet between chairs. Everything that cannot be sent through the dishwasher is wiped with food safe sanitizer after use, and the table covers are either changed or sanitizer after each use and the chairs are also sanatized. Tablets and payment stations are alcohol wiped after each use. I hope this addresses any concerns you may have. We meet or exceed all CDC guidelines and have yet to a staff case of COVID, and do what we can to ensure safety.
