We had an issue with our order this evening melanie took care of it right away was super kind and understanding reimbursed our meal and new cup of soup for my daughter. We have never had a problem there so glad they were willing to help

I love Panera, but the past couple of times I got a tuna sandwich it had this light orange-ish weird stuff on it. Spread on the bread. I have no idea what it was, but it’s not among the usual contents of the sandwich. It made this gross cheesy taste in my sandwich and I felt too sick to finish it. I really hope this doesn’t keep happening because with literally everywhere else I’ve gone to for tuna royally messing it up, this place is the only place I have left that serves decent tuna.

Great place to have a coffee and get some work done. They have the best breads and pastries! Their lunch menu is really good too.
