I always go here with my mothers husband, he is a musician & the staff here have always been very polite to him & myself . We have also called before going down to the store & they been very polite over the phone . I also purchased a quitar and other equipment at this store & they have been helpful , Today we dropped off a quitar to get it fix & the young man was very polite . I cannot complaint … Very good customer services .. and they do have some beautiful Guitars..

Went to sell a guitar I no longer use. Called ahead to check price and the offer I received matched what was expected. The whole interaction was rather quick. Staff were polite. No complaints.

Been to this shop twice now. 1st time to purchase a keyboard and the employees were very helpful. My recent 2nd visit was to find guitar strings and a harmonica. I found what I was looking for easily with the help of the employees. Most likely will be back.
