A total joke as company ,I live in Florida and like many home owners here in the state had my policy cancelled, they were very quick to collect my money but now they don't know how long it would be to get my refund back for eight month that they did not cover me.

THEY DONT PAY Insurance trash I recommend you cancel all your policies with this company. In the recent frost in Houston, TX, our pipes froze and broke, our entire house flooded, they went to the house and valued the damage as a total loss. They asked us to go ahead with the total demolition of the property so that the damage would not be maximized and they said that the expense was authorized and they would reimburse us the total amount together with the construction of the same for a mediocre policy they did not want to pay us anything (We did not have light which was not in the entire county due to the frost) which we are in the process of claiming with our lawyer. On the 28th of this month they withdrew from Texas since they are bankrupt and do not want to pay their clients.

I’ve been a customer since 2014. Ida hit and my insurance company isn’t responding to any of calls, ridiculous. This year has been nothing but headaches. Was underpaid, only had enough to fix my fence, and my house is still damaged. I wish I knew I would’ve been treated like this before paying a year in advance.
