Before starting True Core's Transformation program I was unable to walk up my stairs without being winded. I was unable to maintain a healthy diet. I didn't feel good about my health mental and physical. I would normally get motivated for short period of times and then I would not lose any weight so I would give up. It felt extremely frustrating and discouraging. As if why even bother? This time working with True Core has been totally different! I am motivated to succeed and I have people assisting me on this journey. I also am having results even far beyond just the scale. I am already losing weight but the best part is I am able to walk up my stairs without feeling winded. My confidence has been boosted.I feel happier and more motivated to get out and move around. People at work are even noticing the change in my mood and demeanor. I would highly recommend True Core to anyone looking to make a change! Don't be scared! The staff and coaches take amazing care of you no matter where you might be starting from!

We love this gym!!! Staff are so responsive and positive, equipment is great and lots of it, keep it clean it too! Other great features: many workout areas, energy very positive, and great workout opportunities!

Recently joined True Core and its been amazing so far. I'm always excited to show up because of the environment. Everyone is excited to have me there and they listen and answer my questions on form, how I should be doing certain things and what it is benefitting. I look forward to continuing on this journey. I wasn't taking very good care of myself. I'm a mama to four girls but I never worked out, I didn't watch what I was eating, I was drinking way too much caffeine/sugar, and feeling tired all the time. I was not living with any real intentionality in regards to my physical well-being. I was never motivated to really try anything on my own and if I ever was, it never lasted. I made excuses for myself for why I didn't need to eat well or work out. Losing weight has never been a thing I've needed to do. But I would experience fatigue, headaches, and low energy all the time and allowed that to be my "normal". Working with a couch at True Core has been absolutely wonderful! Accountability has been a huge key point for me, but also having someone take the guesswork out of it all and just telling me what I need to do has been amazing! And now that I'm feeling better, I'm more motivated to stay the course because I can see what potential I have for truly being healthy. The biggest changes for me have been my stress levels going down, my fatigue going down, my energy going up, and a complete mental/mindset change! I'm feeling so much better and can see a huge difference when I try to go back to my "old" ways. It makes me not want to return to how things were before. I also feel more mindful of wanting to live with intentionality. I want to be around for a long time and to feel good too. I want my kids to live this way as well.
