Depends on season... I originally paid month 700.00 plus electric for December, January is 725.00 plus electric I would assume it would maybe be less per month if you prepaid like 3 or 6 months... but I'm not absolutely sure that is the case..

Need temporary houses for two adults. Is this an age restricted community and are there any units for rent or just the lot spaces? If so, how much? Thank you!
