This community pool at Highland Meadows is wonderful. My daughter and I came on Saturday morning around 11:00 and found plenty of chairs and space. Even two of the cabanas were available. The water was perfect. The area is clean and well maintained. It tends to get busy by the mid-afternoon.

1st it depends on what side you live on. If you are on the side of the community with the pool (phase 2 and up) it should all be included with the purchase of your home... if you are part of phase 1 it costs $2000 + to obtain a key.
No. But, you have to have a key to get in. You won't get a key or into the pool unless you are in the approved community's or one of the residence of those communities invites you to come in.
