Today 08/20/22 around 12:30pm was a horrible service. I was on drive-thru, I ordered a hot pumpkin spice latte, they gave me a iced pumpkin spice. I told them I said Hot. After 5 minutes waiting, looks like they just removed the ice off the drink, switched the cup into a hot drink cup, and my coffee was still cold. Plus they only had chocolate donuts. Last visit to Dunkin Donuts, this is why Starbuck will be my favorite place on customer service and quality.

I live by the Dunkin on Fowler but I drive to the one on waters ave, due to their impeccable customer service. Today, I decided to go to the one on Fowler, since I live 2 minutes away. I order the same drink every time, so I knew that it wasn’t correct. The girl that apparently made my drink, came to the window with a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE to tell me that she didn’t make an error. I ordered a large Iced Chai Latte, 2 expresso shots, 2 pumps of caramel and 4 pumps of raspberry. As they were handing me my drink.. I explained that it was incorrect and she proceeded to hand me a 2nd cup. Apparently, I was suppose to pour my own expresso, into my Latte. I asked for the managers name.. they acted as if they didn’t want to provide at first.. Manager is Danny. I called to speak with a manager about my horrible experience, and no one ever bother’s answering. I would rather drive 15 minutes to the Dunkin on Waters, than to drive 2 minutes up the road and deal with the horrible attitudes, first thing in the morning , on Fowler. I’ll NEVER RETURN. If you can’t do your job with a smile, maybe you need a new job!!

The coffee was made perfect. Latte is going to be my new go to 😁. I also brought my son a donut his favorite double chocolate. Must try if ever in this area 🙂

Dunkin is the best coffee, it's always perfect. I love the doughnut selection too. Great service and friendly staff.
