The nicest staff ever. They really do care! Not exaggerating at all. The bagel itself was amazing. Very much like a New York bagel! I had onion. Breakfast places in CT rarely carry that flavor, and if they do, it's bad. This was a fantastic onion bagel.

Had about 10 people in line in front of me, but was ordering within a couple minutes. Food only took about 5 minutes to come out and it was i reasonably big order. Everything looked and tasted great. All the employees were friendly and efficient.

Very good fresh bagels. I’m visiting family in town and have traveled all over and this place has some good bagels. The reviews regarding slow wait time is silly because they admit the food is good which it is. If you don’t want to wait I suggest ordering online and picking it up when it’s ready. Especially if they are dealing with short staff issues.

You can order online and you just give them the order number when you show up to pick up. You can also order in person but no one goes into the store. Someone opens the door and takes it and they bring the order out to you.
It's easiest to order and pay online but I've seen people walk up and place their orders
You dont have to order online. You can order at the door. But can not enter store. I went there yesterday 9/13/2020
Yes. You can order online through the toast app and then you pick it up while waiting outside. Very safe pick up.
