Lack of Parking unless you pay the $35 for a reserved spot which isn’t typically anywhere near the apartment.. lots of people outside smoking weed and cigarettes (apt staff does not care, although in lease it says this is not allowed)... …Hi King. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we apologize for the negative experience you have had. We do our best to provide parking stalls that are near a resident's unit. The only day that trash is not managed is Sunday, while our community is closed on the weekends, our maintenance team comes in every Saturday for a few hours to take care of the garbage. Unfortunately, we also experience a lot of illegal dumping, which is unfortunate. We do very much care about our residents but due to the eviction moratorium, there is only so much we are allowed to do at this time to enforce the rules. We would love to discuss these matters with you further and help find a solution, please stop by the leasing office when you have time. Have a great day!

If I could put zero stars. believe me I would! DO NOT EVER RENT FROM NEELY STATION APARTMENTS. They completely make you run in circles for your money and charges never seem to represent the actual usage in our apartment. Lisa is the most …Hi Jessi. Thank you for your feedback, we understand your disappointment. Unfortunately your PSE account was set up with the wrong address which caused additional charges to your PSE and Conservice accounts, we have reversed all of these charges and apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Your rent did not increase, it showed a higher amount due because of these additional charges on your account. Everything should be resolved now, but PSE will only allow the account holder to make updates to the account so you will need to call them to update your address. I lived there for a little over a year and loved it! I only moved because I had to relocate for a job. The amenities offered for such a reasonable price was great! They even have an awesome theater room! The management and maintenance staff were always very accessible and quick to handle any issue that came up. I would 100% rent there again if I move back to the area.
