Just moved into Sebring FL location as I am a recent transplant from NY. We had excess amount of boxes that needed to be removed. Katie and Tammy were professional and respectful in answering any questions I had. Even when I called back later a couple of months later they were attentive and professional. Thank you very much.

My garbage was not picked up and now all of my cans are completely full and have maggots all over them. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with the rest of my garbage because my pickup is not for 3 more days..

Horrible service ever had to experience it's been twice they have not came to pick up my Recycling and my trash they said they would come talking to management and never came

Literally the worst waste management I’ve ever experienced. We move approximately every 3 years and Sebring’s service has been the worst by far. One of the perks of moving away from here will be getting away from this company.

Yes Mark, do not put it in a plastic garbage bag. A paper bag would be ok
We are allowed to comingle now right?
Yes yard waste can go in plastic trash cans no they don't have to have a lid on them but it does help if they get knocked over to keep the yard waste from spilling
Yard waste is one week then bulk is the following week be sure your setting it out on the right week and it's curb side before 7 am on your pickup day
Call the office
No
Lake placid Sebring or Avon Park
I would call Waste Connection's office on Kenilworth Blvd. The ladies in the office are very knowledgeable and helpful.
No it's every other week on the same day as your blue and green day. this week is bulk week
Yes the same day of garbage pick up
Arbuckle creek road
Yes but they make you pay for them
Because the trucks leave the yard at 6:30 and would start there route a 7:00 sharp
Usually trash is picked up in the morning and recycling in the afternoon.
Leave it near trash. A person will grab it to sell what they can to a recycle company. They make a few bucks and it's recycled. I guarantee it will be picked up.
In the normal trash bin, not recycled.
