No ma'am, did you get the name of the manager? I hope it wasn't the g.m. Either way, if a driver messed something up, its a chance the managers reaction could have been because its not the 1st complaint about the driver . Im in the Food delivery industry and drivers are held to a high expectation because they are the face of the company. Im sorry you had such a bad experience.
