Reality Check Truth Unveiled

I purchased a utility knife, got to the job, and the knife was defective. I finished my day, went back to this location just to EXCHANGE it for a different knife and instead of me being able to exchange the knife for something else the money was AUTOMATICALLY sent back to my card when I NEVER SIGNED ANY AGREEMENT FOR THIS... This would not have been a problem if the money went back Immediately but I was informed that it would take 24hrs for it to return to my account. So now I still do not have a working utility knife because I needed that money to purchase the next one.....😡😡 The people working in the store were very apologetic and kind but this is not helping my situation. I Would NOT Recommend shopping here if this is how their system is because it should not fo ANYTHING regarding a persons money without their signed consent 😡

Always good and helpful people at the Ace Hardware. Some of the things were a little pricey I ended up going to another location and found something the same equivalent.
