Loses appointments, wasted an hour drive here. Just like HCA to do this.

Office manager called me to try and make this review right to further discuss. No your employees were rude making me wait over an hour to use the restroom, if you are going to be behind by that long, Let someone know. I arrived at 12:35 my appointment at 12:45 didn't get brought into the room until an hour and 5-10 mins later. The check in lady argued with me about my appointment and since MY DOCTOR called for me and made the appointment I had a txt message to prove it. I should not have to Prove my appointment. The lady should've never argued. While we were waiting our 1 hour they could've given us the paperwork to fill out. We had spoke to 4 different people to verify our insurance 1 week ahead of time, everyday someone called me about my insurance card. This place needs to get their stuff together. They could use their time management more wisely and I could've been filling out that paperwork while I waited. I also work in the medical field going on 5 years. So please get it together.

Long wait times for scheduled appointments. The person or persons who do the scheduling never call you to scheduled your next appointment. I think k they have to many patients and they just don't have time for you. Not what iTunes to be 20 years ago! 😥
