Jenn was very polite and understanding towards my custom order. So many times that I go out to eat, people take advantage of my vegetarian custom order. Jenn knew exactly what I wanted without overcharging me and even helped recommend a burger for my mom. Thank you for the great customer service! I will definitely be coming back.

I love the Habit. But I had a bad experience at the the one on Foothill Blvd in Pasadena, I will never go back. They don't even deserve a one star. I've gone twice but this last time the meat was raw. You could see the blood coming out. We told them and they gave me another burger but when we got home it was raw as well. Could not return because they were closed. The service is not great either. Employees look like they don't want to be there. Sad! Don't work in fast food if you don't like serving customers.

Pros: Great selection of burgers and sandwiches. Delicious food. Plenty of parking. Cons: Prices have gone up. Can get crowded at peak hours.

This was a to go order. Ordered a chicken Sandwich. And they packed a sandwich with bacon which we don't eat. When we called them after realizing this, they asked to lodge a complaint with the link on the receipt. And this had been over 3 weeks, no communication...no action. Pathetic customer service. One of the worst I have ever come across.
