Where to even begin with these staff members who just lie to you to take your money. I get an appointment and the young lady at the desk of optometry says they take my insurance and after my exam they charge me and tell me I’ll get a refund from insurance. So then I go to the frames section and the guy there tells me that I’m out of network and not covered!! I will be filling another complain with corporate because that’s unacceptable. Terrible communication between employees and customers. Straight up lied to my face. I will never be coming and I will steer people against this spot. Dr John B Cochran, and his assistant lied to me. Told me I’d be covered and then charged me to then tell me I’m not. Very unprofessional

Experience with the doctor was great. But one of the main reasons I chose Eyeglass World was because of the same day service. It's been eleven days and my glasses are still not ready. They said they only have certain lenses in store and had to special order mine. (????) I don't understand the delay though. The doctor said my eyes are healthy, my vision is not that bad, I could technically wear readers. Just getting older and I now need to wear glasses. So, what lenses do they keep in store?? This is beyond ridiculous. I will not shop at this store again. This same day glasses thing is mentioned in all of their ads and when they answer the phone. They shouldn't make such a big deal if they can't follow through. And the $89 dollar frames? For children. False advertising.
