Disappointed that I had showed up on time for my 10 am appointment yesterday, and they decided to see a patient that had arrived shortly before me and had a 10:30 appointment. Please keep your appointment times; people make appointments for a reason!! Why should I have to sit there for 30-40 mins beyond my appointment time to be seen because someone decided to show up super early for their appointment? People have lives and have things to do and other commitments for the day as well. Please respect that! This was a complete disregard for my time. Also, it did not sit right with me that the nurse or tech, was also asking HIPPA questions behind a small paper partition and other customers in the waiting in room could still see and hear those patients answering those questions!! So, I got up and left because I did not want to give my business to this place. I may have waited three weeks for this appointment, but there are too many other small businesses that will treat people right then to settle for this type of service.

I tried to call the doctors office five times in a row four of the times they just hung up when trying to answer. I’m not sure if the place is organized or whoever’s working at the front desk might be a toddler. But if you want customers you have to answer the phone!

Vanessa provided us with an excellent service, she explained in detail everything about the selection of glasses for my husband and she was very patient. Thank you Vanessa 😊

A comprehensive eye exam involves a series of comfortable and pain-free tests that offer a close-up look at your eye health and visual function. Between having all the tests performed and discussing the results with our eye doctor, you can expect your visit to last up to an hour.
It’s essential to remember to bring your current eyeglasses or contact lenses prescription to your visit. If you also wear reading glasses, computer glasses, protective eyewear, or other visual aids, you may want to bring these as well. Because getting your pupils dilated can leave you sensitive to light for several hours following your appointment, it’s wise to bring sunglasses to the appointment.
While it’s always a good idea to have an annual eye exam, how often an eye exam is needed depends on several factors. A patient’s age, family and personal medical histories, a previous eye injury, existing eye conditions, and environmental or occupational factors determine the recommended frequency. The American Optometric Association offers specific guidelines for both children and adults. As your trusted partner in care, our office will discuss the most appropriate schedule to protect the health of your eyes and the quality of your vision.
Not at all. And when they are ready, they do not call the customer to notify. Very bad customer service I do not give a star
