Hooo-ly… I’ve never actually used this service but I get trapped behind one of these vehicles multiple times a week on the morning commute. This thing’s top speed is 30mph IF YOURE LUCKY. We often amass a train of traffic that’s so long you can’t see the end.

Employment there is a complete JOKE. 1. Trainer took a nap while training a new driver and management didn't do anything about it. 2. The payroll is shady. They don't give out pay stubs, your paycheck is on a card. 3. They don't give you the tax forms to fill out once you start. 4. You don't have access to see the breakdown of your pay to make sure you were paid properly. 4. They also don't contact you and leave you high and dry if your trainer is out for the day. They won't notify the you that you aren't getting picked up to be trained. NOT EVEN THE MANAGER will call you. So basically you've missed out on work because of the person training you called out. 5. This company lacks professionalism as you can see by other reviews mentioned.

Worst management ever. They never communicated to the drivers the needs of my disabled son. I ended up driving him to his program 18 days out of 20 before I finally resolved the contract issue. Too long! They kept promising me the issue would be resolved. Six different drivers in four weeks! The last person who I sent away, pulled up with the driver's side on my sidewalk and expected me to walk my disabled son out into the middle of the street to put him on the vehicle. When I kindly told her that it was unsafe, as it as a busy street in with people commuting to work. She yelled at me and said "This is my first day!" I drove my son again that day and was told his contract had been cancelled and he would have not transportation home from the program. I immediately reached out to my State Representative and VHS was put in place immediately.
