They were out to repair my filter yesterday. Today one of the hoses on my filter came loose and I lost several inches of water. I called to let them know what happened and spoke to Gary who insisted they didn’t touch my hoses and I was lying. He also talked down to me and said I remember you, the one who hooked up their hoses wrong and laughed at me. They set up my filter last year as I bought it new from them and the same thing happened. Coincidence? I don’t think so. I told him it would be good if the guys tightened the hoses before they leave a job. I was letting him know so it didn’t happen to someone else. I never asked for anything. An apology would have been nice but he said we will never be out to your house again. Don’t worry Gary, after the way you spoke to me I would never do business there again.

Used them in the past with great results when they replaced my motor the next day. Today, I needed a new valve/spring. They looked a while to see if they had anything in stock, but unfortunately they did not (totally understand about parts nowadays). The lady and young gentleman on the phone were great trying to help me. This is the pool store to check out locally.
