Just went there this week. 2nd time I came back they’re telling me they donated my clothes before the deadline to donate. I told them no, they said they were going to donate my clothes after the deadline during my 1st visit. I told them they should look through all of their items because I never confirmed them to donate my clothes. They end up telling me they found the clothes but had me leave without the money and never said anything about the items they took from my clothes. I remembered what they told me the first visit and the confirmation message they sent me, I had to let my brother go back to the store just to pick up the trade in money. Very unprofessional. Poor job. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Literally tried to scam me from my clothes.

Seriously one of the best thrift stores I've been to, and I THRIFT. I would give it five stars except I wanted to look at a Gucci tote on the wall, asked for assistance, and the lady behind the counter gave me an ugly look. Other than that, I really enjoyed my experience and will be back. The other staff in the store were cool and made up for that one lady's bad behavior.

I was an actor in a short film that we used this location for. After filming I had a little time to look through their selection of clothing and found a bunch of really good stuff. The owner / buyer here has great taste!

The offers they give to sellers are insultingly low, even if you have new merchandise with a high resale value. I would highly suggest selling online rather than wasting your time at this store. Super disappointing experience overall.

Face masks required, dressing rooms and restrooms are still closed. We do have a 30 day return policy as you are unable to try on clothes. As far as clothes coming in to sell we just ask they be freshly washed that day and No large trash bags. No appointment necessary
Without seeing it and knowing which vest it is it would be hard to say. Looking on Poshmark the range is great from as low as $35 and as high as $275 so it would depend on what best you have to be able to give you a reasonable quote. You can always send us pics to get a better idea.
We buy clothes everyday. No appointment is necessary. We buy from 10-7 Monday-Saturday and 10-5 on Sundays.

I don't work there or anything , I've sold with them and I do know you have to at least have a driver's license or state issued government ID in order to sell. I recommend that you sell the items for her and you then can just give her the cash. She can even be with you and say if she agrees with the amount and also she can choose to either have cash or store credit. Hope this helps you all ❤️
We are not brand specifics we will buy brands ranging from Forever 21 to Gucci and Chanel. We base what we take on style and condition and brands come into play with pricing only.

We do buy used clothes and we have bought a few designer ties however it is not a big seller so we are pretty particular on the ones we take but we are always more than happy to look at whatever you have.
