This review is of my personal experience at the North Hollywood store on 7/29/22. There was a generator for sale with the purchase of a membership. I called on 7/18/22 to find out when the sale ends and was told by the person who answered the phone it would be until the end of the month. I finally got around to go purchase the item on 7/29/22. When arrived at the store they told me the sale was over. I asked yo talked to a manager and was approached by someone who said they were a manager. I explained the situation and showed that person I had called on 7/18 and talked to someone who said the sale would be on until the end of the month. The person said I had to provide a name for them to verify and that the call I made on the 18th could have been for something else not to ask when the sale was over. I let the person know, there was no reason for me to make up that story and if they could make an exception since the sale had ended the day before. The person said they could not make an exception and nothing else they could do. I asked for the customer service phone # and called. A recorded message stated they were an usual number of calls and it would take a while to get a live person. As I was on hold I decided to call another another store at a near by location. After I explained the situation to them, they said if I went over right away they would honor the sale price by purchasing the membership. I headed over right away and was able to purchase the item at the sale price by purchasing the membership. Everyone I dealt with at the store were very helpful and provided outstanding customer service. By the time I got to the other store I had been on hold for over 35 minutes still waiting for someone to answer from customer service. That was another reason I decided to write the review. The manager at North Hollywood store could have done the same thing they did at the other store, which was to provide outstanding customer service. I also decided to call two other stores near by to see what they would say. After explaining the situation both stores said if I went in today they would honor the sale price with purchase of the membership. Nowadays providing great customer service to everyone is very important, something I didn’t get at the North Hollywood store.

THIS is my main tool spot, even if they're out of stock of something (which happens now with covid) they're helpful and honest all the time. They've even helped me get discounts at the register.

I went there couse i needed a camping chair they only had green color and the display was blue i ask if i could get the blue and rudely was told nò if you want to sell sell what you got no matter if is the one you sitting on. This time i got some buy something get some free stuff coupons i went and used them

I come here to buy tools and supplies for a reasonable price. The place is organized and the sales staff are helpful and friendly.
