Cashier-kid GRABS your card, then hands it back lackadaisically; at the server-window they--of course--got my coffee wrong--gave me the requested cream, but no Splenda. I mentioned it and was handed four packets. I said "If I wanted to make it myself I could've done that at home." The girl took it back and put in the Splenda, without stirring. I asked for a spoon. These kids all have poor attitudes, and none are thankful that they even have a job. Most of it goes back to poor management. If management is unhappy--so will be the employees. And young people these days have no discipline. I try to stay away from FF.

I don't usually do reviews because I dont have much time on my hands, but today I do. Especially because I went to Wendy's and I was absolutely starstruck by the girl on register. She had great customer service and provided customers with a warm welcome. She also put extra cheese on my fries<3. SHOUTOUT MARY THE BLONDIE!!!

It's great! Only 4 stars though because you might not always get all your food customizations or even enough chillie on your baked potato. But they try I guess.
