Seeing how quality workmanship and customer service are increasingly hard to come by now-a-days, I feel the need to post a review when I come across it. The service team at Southern Wholesale Trailers goes above and beyond in making sure the customer is taken care of. I'd like to thank Dennis, Pops, and the rest of the team that have helped me with the issues on my brand new Arising trailer. Arising definitely dropped the ball when it came to quality workmanship and pride when building my trailer in Feb of 2022. From a panel attached crooked and missing screws, leaks at the rear doors, squeaky suspension, to a hole drilled too large and in an incorrect place for a marker light install ( I hope this is all, I have a feeling it won't be). Luckily, Dennis, Pops, and the service team at Southern Wholesale Trailer have my back and work hard to correct issues that should never have left the Arising factory. It's good to find people with a quality work ethic and pride in the work they do. *Edit (6/10/2022) - Once again the service team at Southern Wholesale Trailers has gone above and beyond in taking care of the customer. Dennis and Stephen go above and beyond in taking care of the customer and resolving quality issues that should have been addressed by the manufacturer.
