These guys have went out of there way on a big repair for me. Service manager Mrs Dana, and her crew were great. They made a very hard time into a not so hard time for me. And did it really quickly they even worked with me on the cost of it all. Thank you guys

I would not recommend this location for repairs. I was there 2 times and had a bad experience. First of all I had a problem with their pricing. They wanted to charge me one hour of work for replacing a door speaker, when they found that I have warranty description says that 4 screws removed, speaker disconnected, new one connected and 4 screws placed back. Really, they want to charge me near $200 for this? Then the issues I had they never explained or gave me any ideas what can be done, their answer was that all this just ECO mode. Second time I went there only because they said that everything will be done within one week. It ended up in 2 weeks, plus I was the one who was calling them and checking on progress. Eventually I picked truck on Friday and parked it nearby (so I didn’t have time to test everything), they told me that everything is OK, so I have scheduled a load pickup on Sunday. Well, on Sunday when I start to drive I noticed that it is even in worse condition than it was when I gave them. Wheel wasn’t centered, everything is shaking, truck leaning to the left… I had to stop on the nearest truck stop and pay another $1500+ to make it work well. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because staff was friendly, otherwise is 1. I felt that mechanics didn’t really cared about my safety at all.
