There was no one there to greet us and we had to wait for someone to seat us. My mother had to call the establishment to get someone to greet us. The waitress didn’t write down our order and then when she went to put it in she had to come back and double check. When the food came out we were missing multiple things , and the order was incorrect.She was very rude about it when we told her. When we finally got the food it was burnt and not even that warm. Not once did someone ask if we needed a refill. Overall not a good visit.

Their hours online state they are open until 10 pm. On their doors, it says they open at 9 am, and they removed their closing hours. After my family and the family in front of us were seated, a woman came out to scold the gentleman who seated us, stating the kitchen closes at 8:30. Without saying a word to any of us, she made him throw us all out. She then locked the doors the second we stepped out. It's 8:20. On a Saturday. The whole interaction involving the (manager??) felt weird and rude. I have been coming to this location for over 10 years and have never had a poor interaction before this.

One of the worst IHOP's I've ever been to. Not clean, and the food wasn't very good. This had got to be the laziest hashbrowns with cheese I've ever seen. Wife saw roaches after we finished. This place needs a health inspector visit.

It’s an IHOP so, you should know what to expect once you’ve had it a couple of times. It can be hit and miss sometimes but, for the most part, you just want good service and decent food.
