Location was great but probably due to lack on manpower we had to wait a while for checkin. Newly remodeled so all was clean an nice. Rooms are basic, had to ask for and shampoo. Rooms slightly small and beds are small even in family room.

It's fine, they just need to provide a bathroom service, they don't put toilet paper and Gabon toilet paper and this is very important and there wasn't.

It's the worst place to stay. We got bed bugs from them. We had to be treated aa a family.
The ART stop is across the street. Runs every 20 min and drops you at the park.
When we were there it was closed. But truly, there are many other BETTER places to stay- this was NOT good.
No but it's only a short walk to Disney and if you go through Downtown Disney the security lines are very short sand you can take the Monorail into the park and skip the long entry lines too.
