Very clean , never had any problems and it's one of the cleanest places to stored in Waterbury compare to others that are more cheapest prices but not clean.

Most of these 5 star reviews are recent. I have been with life storage going on 4 years. They have raised my "rent" from what was $189 a month , to $312 a month over the past 2 years mostly.. Not to mention it rained inside my unit, ruining sentimental furniture. They supposedly "fixed" the issue only to have the same problem happen again within 6 months. They could care less. Lastly, the whole place literally smells as if someone died in there for the past month and a half. I was told that that issue was also taken care of, only to come back in a month to the same smell of death. A man was actaully living in his until down the hall at 1 point , where the smell is coming from, however they "can't open the unit becasue it's against the contract". Well when it smells like someone or something has died in there , FOR GOING ON 2 MONTHS, I think it's time to check out the situation. And the owner/manager is rude. I wouldn't even give them 1 star !! You have been Warned!!
