The lady at the front desk is a rude and the office manager needs to talk to her about how she speaks to people. Bad for business when the person who is responsible for greeting people treats them like they are beneath her. She need to get some training and know how to deal with the public.

Do not go to this place, I am very sure there are other better gynecologists, I have been going here for 5 years and really their service is getting worse and worse, it feels like you are one more number in money, which is how it is. Medicine is just business and that's what matters to them, the doctors here are only interested in what they get from the insurance and from you, there is no concern for your health, even when you go to appointments you don't even have the time to talk well with your doctor, they treat you in a hurry to go to the next patient, of course more money. I went to a supposed appointment that they never did the procedure and you know they billed my health plan without giving me the service, incredible fraud. They still have paperwork for my surgery and who supposedly fills them out or answers, I have left voicemails and nothing, but if who collects the money for the doctor to operate on me if he calls me already for the deductible before the operation. Incredible, take papers and the first thing they did charge me for filling out papers which are not even filled out for my work. They are very irresponsible, but I really recommend that you do not go to this office. Perhaps the others are better but this for me is the worst.

I went to accompany my friend, because they did not have anyone who spoke Spanish and they told her that if she did not bring a translator they could not attend her, so she drove for an hour and a half since I live outside of Tampa, when we arrived they told us no I could go in with her because the rooms were very small and I had gone with my daughter who is 6 years old, because I had no one to leave her with. In the end, they told me that I couldn't even wait in the waiting room, that I had to go out and wait in the car. Very poor service at the front desk.

I only write to announce the bad treatment I just received from Mrs. Iris, I don't understand if it was a bad day or something that is going on, but her terrible service takes customers away from a great site in which I have seen good references . I do not give a bad Review for the site as such because I have never visited it, but rather, because of the girl who lacks professionalism in every way. They should take these comments into account in order to hire a staff that likes their profession or at least has a little charisma.
