I’ve been to Visions multiple times for piercing related things and have always had a pleasant experience, and my tattoo visit was no different! I would definitely recommend Visions to anyone looking to get a tattoo.

Visions is great! I highly recommend! The building is charming, comfortable, and clean. The staff and owners are phenomenal: skilled, helpful, and kind. I went in to purchase new jewelry and have it changed out for me, so that's the experience I can speak to in this review. I do intend to visit in the future and get some work done. The logistics of making an appointment and arriving during COVID protocols were easy and smooth. There is a wide variety of unique and very special jewelry for everyday or special occasions. Visions is not the place to go for a cheap stainless hoop; the quality and selection is more like what you would find in a fine jeweler. It's the place to go for a high quality "wear it everyday and look classy as hell because you're an adult" piece. It's "real" jewelry with precious metals and stones and is priced fairly. If you're going to have something in your face or body for the next few years, it's worth it!!!

Angela was fantastic! She took the time to explain everything step by step. I never felt rushed and she answered all of my questions. Both Angela and Cynthia were very friendly from the minute I walked through the door. Professionalism was maintained throughout the entire appointment and although I was a bit nervous, it ended up being a really fun experience overall!

I went to visions to get my first lobes piercing about two years ago and they were amazing (a little on the expensive side) but 100% worth it because I wanted my piercing to heal correctly with no issues and they are extremely sanitary and did a good job. I just went to the apprentice Cynthia for my helix the other day and she did amazing. She was so kind and helped to calm my nerves and I appreciated how much time she took to make sure it was in the spot I wanted. Her colleagues were in the room as well and for someone who doesn’t like pain they were all so kind and made me comfortable. If you take care of your piercings correctly they should heal really well because they are extremely sanitary when doing the procedure and clarify any questions you have. I will definitely be back in the future if I want more :) and would recommend them to anyone looking for a piercing. I also don’t know about anyone else’s experience with cartilage piercings but I’ve noticed I have extremely minimal pain after mine endless i accidentally touch it or something.
