Former employee, and I would not recommend this hospital to as a patient, or worker . As awful as it sounds, I was actually asked by my former manager to give a 5 star review to help boost such low ratings. After reviewing recent reviews posted, I have noticed a few former employees have done the same . This hospital is completely disorganized and lacks bedside manner. The company’s focus is more on money and health insurance rather than patient care. Even after being recently bought out by a new company, many senseless rules and regulations that have been grandfathered in - are still in place. This hospital refuses to enforce changes that are desperately needed. My experience was so horrible that I actually gave up my position before completing my first 90 days This site should be shut down .

Currently admitted to this facility and I have to admit I was objective at first but now that I'm here I would've have gone anywhere else. The staff are amazing the care is exceptional and if you or a family us need of their service I highly recommend you come here ! My stays not over yet but I'd like to give Pam Gealth there roses while I'm still here

Happy to report that walking the floor on the LTAC there are happy people, clean surroundings, welcoming environment. PAM Health is doing a great job!
