The drivers side window of my vehicle is not working. The lil lady was also in the car. The gentleman who worked on our vehicle arranged it so a fan could be directed toward the passenger side window for her. It was a simple act, but it made the difference in 4 and 5 stars. Everything else was as expected. Oil changed, process was quick. Suggestive sales held to a minimum.
