I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years, Getting my balayage with Jonathon. Recently went to Someone else and I’ve had to come into the salon 2x for fixture. While I was there I waited for the toner at the sink and he forgot about me. I had to ask if they forgot how long I had the toner in. My roots were colored black instead of my natural brunette hair color and my hair looks fried now. I never had this problem before. I won’t be coming here again. They need Jonathan back.

I made an appointment with Brittany last week and she called out for an emergency. They had no one else to honor my appointment and I needed to wait an entire week for another opening with Brittney. Today she was late getting to work, the receptionist had to call her twice. The final straw was she didn’t lift the front pieces of my hair enough and the pieces that should have been blonde were caramel. She offered to fix it for free, but not today because her “next client was waiting.” Not a place I will return to. Matter of fact, Ouidad’s daughter has a salon in Fort Lauderdale, and that is where I will try next.

This salon is highly overrated. I walked in with a short curly bob and walked out with a V mis-shaped mullet, it was also much shorter on one side than the other. I was very disappointed. A week later had to go to another salon to get it all cut off. I was growing out a pixie and it took me a long time to get to that curly bob. I do like the products, they smell nice and work well. Since I'm back to the pixie (to start all over again), but I use the some products on myself but also my daughter who has very curly hair. I reached out to the stylist to let her know that I was disappointed in the style and I was offered to come back and for her to fix it. It was way to short and lopsided to fix it. Also, I why would I go back, if you can't do it right the first time I'm sure as hell not going to go back. And of course they WILL NOT give you your money back. $150 terribly spent. Just some advise, be cautious going here... Response to the owner: I tried to work with it, I straightened it and curled and NOTHING worked, each way looked terrible. I could not go back for fear it would be made worse. I am not contradicting myself... the cut was lop-sided and too short on the right side, so I decided to go to another salon and I have it cut to start again. While you state that your stylists are highly skilled and trained there is another review by another person that had the same lop-sided issue...
