this review is a result of a culmination of negative experiences that have happened over the course of 6 months The first time I ordered sandwiches I called ahead of time and they told me 20 min but when I got there they hadnt even started the sandwiches yet and I proceeded to wait another 20. I thought they were busy and this was a one off experience so I continued to give them more chances and came back. Next time I got sandwiches a long wait also happened and they missed sauerkraut on my reuben. The time after they missed pickled onions on my orchard sandwich. All the sandwiches are like 3-4 ingredients so every part is crucial and frankly I dont know how they are missed so frequently. Came back again another time for ice cream and that was also a miss - my two scoop cone had a second scoop was like half the size of the first scoop. For the grocery store itself, items are mistagged with the wrong prices. Cashiers dont honor the price on the tag when things are mistagged and generally feels like it is just as disorganized as the deli. Mistakes happen and I totally understand but when it happens over and over again, and customer service really isn’t there to make up for it... I do not think I will be coming back now. I want to support local grocery stores and businesses in the hilltowns but Ive just had much better experiences at chesterfield general store, olivers farmstand in goshen, and the williamsburg market. really disappointed.

Absolutely to die for sandwiches and clam chowder! The Reuben was probably the best I’ve had and the clam chowder was equally delightful. Cute store and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The Old Creamery Coop has taken our Covid safety procedures very seriously we have implemented various tasks based on official suggestions for sanitation. We require masks to be worn in store for all shoppers and staff. We have implemented plexiglass dividers, there are multiple hand sanitizing stations, including sanitizer dispensers at both public entrances. We also have extra masks incase anyone forgets theirs, and these are available to both staff and the public. We have altered our daily procedures to accommodate the pandemic, we sanitize all high contact areas around the store hourly. We have also implemented a glove policy and offer gloves to shoppers who might want the extra layer of protection. And finally, we offer a curbside service with no contact for folks who call ahead. We all want to keep everyone safe and secure through these tough times. Everyone should feel good about shopping here and we will do our best to serve everyone to the extent of our abilities!
